			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The liver enhancement portion of the diet is probably the toughest due to the fact that you are looking for taste and everything you are eating doesn&#8217;t seem to have any! Its ok, you&#8217;re normal. Its just that your tastebuds are so used to the sugar, that when you switch to a diet that is lacking sugar, it may not be as emotionally fulfilling. Here is a tasty recipe that got me through it. Make sure you consult your trainer before using this recipe!</p>

<p>2 avocados<br />
1 candy onion or red onion<br />
1 red pepper<br />
3 cloves of garlic<br />
one bale of kale (lol)<br />
handful of cilantro<br />
juice from one lemon or lime<br />
1 cup apple cider vinegar<br />
1/4 cup of olive oil<br />
1 habanero if you like spicy</p>
<p>Chop up all the dry ingredients including avocado<br />
add olive oil and apple cider vinegar<br />
stir<br />
chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.<br />
ENJOY!!!!</p>

These pesticides can cause nausea, dizziness, difficulty breathing, and even death.</span> </span></p>
